Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

A flat fee of $10 for shipping within Australia for all orders..

Express Shipping available for a flat $15 fee and must be selected at time of checkout.

Click & Collect also available for local customers FOC.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. We ship with Australia Post and are bound by their shipping timeframes. Please refer to current Australia Post processing times.  See Australia Post's website for more details.

Elliot & Me will re deliver, replace or refund any parcel that is incorrectly labelled by us. We do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or incomplete.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been logged for delivery we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels or packages damaged in transit. Please contact Australia Post an advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent in the confirmation email.

We ship only within Australia at this time.
